About Us

The Waterside, Arundel is a family run Tea Garden & Bistro located on the banks of the River Arun, overlooked by historic Arundel Castle, home to the Duke of Norfolk and his family.

Sam and Gillian Walker have recently undertaken the refurbishment of this unique venue and look forward to welcoming you in the near future.

Food & Drink

Sam Walker is a proud member of the World's Master Chef Society and lovingly prepares a selection of fresh local dishes together with a variety of beverages, snacks and ice creams throughout the day.

Self Drive Motor Boat Hire

Explore the beautiful River Arun by hiring one of our 4 or 6 seater self drive motor boats.

4 Seater - £35 per hour | 6 Seater - £45 per hour | Alternatively, if you prefer to be driven, we offer a captain to help you navigate the river for £15 extra. | Please note: A deposit of £25 is required per boat.
